Results Panel

The Results panel is used to view lead information, such as the type of lead and any proposals associated with the lead. Information can be viewed as a detailed list or an interactive graph.

The Results panel displays on the Service Traffic screen. To access the Service Traffic screen, click the (Service Traffic) icon.

The number of service leads matching the search criteria displays at the top of the Results panel. In addition, the following tabs are available on the Results panel:

• Graph View tab. The Graph View tab is used to compare the number of service leads of various types, such as appointments or walk-ins.

• List View tab. The List View tab is used to review detailed information about the service leads included in the search, such as the lead status and any proposals currently associated with the customer.

Note - The default format of the Results panel can be defined on the Results Defaults window.
